[23:40:43]<arscan>Hi guys -- having some trouble on the installation. After I install and follow the 1 time link it returns, I just get sent to the generic drupal configuration page. I expected some sort of aegir specifc page (to reset my password, I think the documentation says). Any ideas?
[23:44:51]<e-anima>hm i read about that problem, showing the installscreen after install in the docs @aegir community
[23:44:57]<e-anima>but do not ask me where exactly
[23:46:03]<arscan>thanks e-anima
[23:46:11]<arscan>i'll see if i can dig it up

[00:11:24]<vcardoso>Hi
[00:11:41]<vcardoso>I'm trying to install Barracuda on a testing VM with Debian 6, with the wheezy repositories, but it fails because it asks for the squeeze release
[00:11:55]<vcardoso>Is barracuda only compatible with the stable Debian repositories? Can't I use any unstable or testing packages?

[01:18:40]<eugenmayer>iribarne: nobody can answer you that
[01:18:54]<eugenmayer>it depends on the mysql cache config and the numbers of apache forks / max clients

[01:38:33]<iribarne>I did not change any of the default install values for mysql cache. I do have three other installs of managing news on this server. I guess I have to get a bigger server.

[01:46:56]<eugenmayer>any ideas how to debug why a drop database does not work on a migrate ( dropping the old databse )

[09:22:11]<wizonesolutions>How do you guys keep track of changes as they're made to a platform? Before I could just look at my commit history - actually, I wouldn't have to think about it since the code as a whole would be deployed - but now I guess I have to take notes as I change stuff and then add it to the make file?
[09:22:19]<wizonesolutions>Or edit the make file every time I add a module?
[09:22:33]<wizonesolutions>Or do a diff of my current make file and what drush make-generate produces?
[09:23:10]<wizonesolutions>Just seems like things are bound to get forgotten - although setting what's needed as dependencies of feature modules/install profiles helps a bit, I guess...less to remember.
