[21:40:40]<shrop>nextanz_: You can update an entire platform at one time which could do this for all sites running on one platform on one server. Since (currently) on platform can only live on one server, you would have to have the same platform setup on each server and update the platforms per server separately, but it isn't bad at all to do.

[09:06:33]<mig5>usaussie: one way to get around the AllowOverride None issue, is to just incorporate your .htaccess changes into the platform's .htaccess and re-verify the platform. the contents of the .htaccess file are 'read in' to the platform-wide vhost on Verify.
[09:06:57]<mig5>usaussie: as far as I know, the AllowOverride None is baked into the platform-wide vhost template (it's a tpl file in provision) right now, so not that easy to override any other way.
[09:08:11]<mig5>correction: we don't 'read in' the .htaccess (we used to) - we now simply do an Include /path/to/platform/.htaccess, so any changes you put in there should work immediately, no re-verify of platforms required
