[01:30:42]<jonpugh>helmo: do you think we can get these in today? https://www.drupal.org/node/2851478 https://www.drupal.org/node/2853184
[01:30:43]<hefring>https://www.drupal.org/node/2851478 => Move server's http service config symlinking out of Provision_Config class. [#2851478] => 5 comments, 2 IRC mentions
[01:30:45]<hefring>https://www.drupal.org/node/2853184 => Allow modules to alter variables before they are injected to a template. [#2853184] => 10 comments, 2 IRC mentions
[02:05:13]<helmo>jonpugh: sure, just merge the alter variables hook ... I'll work on the symlink code now
[02:20:56]<helmo>jonpugh: please checkout the update in 2851478-move-symlink
[02:47:12]<jonpugh>helmo: can you push to GitHub? Much easier to view code
[02:49:34]<helmo>sure ... https://github.com/aegir-project/provision/tree/2851478-move-symlink
[02:50:16]<helmo>I just updated on d.o as you pushed it there
[02:51:40]<jonpugh>Yes, old habits... ;)
[02:51:55]<jonpugh>I should just add a second remote URL

[05:41:13]<helmo>jonpugh: having multiple remotes works great... I even created a bash alias to push to both `alias gpb='git push origin $1 && git push github $1'`
[05:56:07]<jonpugh>helmo: you can add multiple URLs to one remote, so on every push it goes to both.
[06:04:50]<helmo>hmm, true but then I probably cant see if there's a difference betweenthe remotes ... In e.g. gitk I can easily see which commits are missing from which remote
[06:07:31]<helmo>Hi all, ergonlog1c bgm jonpugh colan cweagans gboudrias memtkmcc .. Scrum time?.
[06:09:39]<helmo>I've been busy to get my legacy hosting panel to use Drupal for authentication.
[06:11:05]<helmo>And besides that I've been tinkering on a DNS API ... but services has not been helpful sofar :(
[06:12:04]<helmo>colan: for example hosting_services_restful ... shoudn't that depend on 'rest_server'?
[06:12:25]* viashimo_ is now known as viashimo
[06:14:40]<helmo>I ennded up creating a hook_menu to just call some cutom code that will add a dns record to my db and trigger a zone update (getting hosting_dns to replace my leggacy code there will be anothert project though :( )
[06:15:20]<colan>helmo: that's an example endpoint I don't use, because hosting_saas sets up a better one, which does a lot more. ;)
[06:16:07]<colan>my policy is to forget about everything else there, & just use hosting_saas, but i'm biased.
[06:16:27]<colan>also, i understand how it works as I wrote a lot of it.
[06:17:40]<colan>got to run unfortunately as I have something that needs to get done by tomorrow, and I'm short on time. later!
[06:17:51]<helmo>later
[06:20:35]<helmo>Ow, and a converted one more server to hosting_https ... in the process I looked into using libraries to get the dehydrated code in. https://gitlab.com/aegir/hosting_https/issues/12
[06:20:45]<helmo>but that still needs more thought
