[21:18:19]<Shwele>Is there known issue when you clone website with certificate that it inherits wrong one?
[21:18:40]<Shwele>https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=test.grantmanager.ro
[22:47:59]<Shwele>ok so for some reason letencrypt indeed isn't working, its reusing aegir.grantmanager.ro ssl and not creating new ones for the correct domains as presented for test domain. Will make detailed issue later

[03:52:50]<colan[m]>helmo42: if we're not cutting a new release with the fix (totally understandable), can we unpublish the previous release somehow? Or at least document the issue in the release notes, provide a workaround, or tell folks to wait until January where we do have a new release?
[03:53:28]<colan[m]>I've been telling a lot of people to try aegir lately, and don't want it to fail when they go set it up for the first time (like in the old days).
[03:54:14]<colan[m]>I do apologize, and I shouldn't have RTBCed that issue. It's my fault. So let me know if there's something I can help with here.
[03:55:30]<colan[m]>Maybe we just say in the release notes: "Do not use this release. It has a critical bug, and we'll be cutting a new one shortly. If you'd like to install Aegir right away, use the previous release."
[03:55:59]<colan[m]>Thoughts? jonpugh ?
[04:04:54]<jonpugh>This really only affects new sites using HTTPs, I wouldn't roll back or unpublish...
[04:05:13]<jonpugh>But adding a *Known Issues section to the release notes is probably a good idea
[04:05:40]<jonpugh>Who else knows the release process? I would like to learn
[04:06:35]<jonpugh>But at a minimum, we can add the known issues to the docs
[04:06:51]<jonpugh>But I can't ATM....
[04:50:29]<colan[m]>jonpugh: I can do it. which issue is it?
[04:51:20]<jonpugh>https://www.drupal.org/node/3020747
[04:51:22]<hefring>https://www.drupal.org/node/3020747 => Don't add SSL config to configuration files if the crt files aren't there/aren't readable. (especially redirects) [#3020747] => 19 comments, 2 IRC mentions
[05:23:30]<colan[m]>thanks.
[05:50:31]<colan[m]>All: Please review and update (if necessary) the note I added to the top of http://docs.aegirproject.org/en/3.x/release-notes/3.17/ .
[05:51:12]<colan[m]>We can remove when .2 comes out.
[07:05:54]<helmo42[m]>colon:
[07:06:24]<helmo42[m]>colan, notice looks ok.
[07:07:20]<helmo42[m]>I don't have time today but I'll try to find some time over the weekend
