[23:44:21]<drou>Hello everyone, is it a good place to have support about a hosting_deploy issue ?
[00:01:54]<shaneonabike>For sure!
[00:01:58]<shaneonabike>You just gotta ask your question

[00:04:13]<hefring>https://www.drupal.org/project/hosting_deploy/issues/2960237 => Sites on remote servers fail on Platforms that use git or composer, with Drupal in a subfolder. [#2960237] => 23 comments, 1 IRC mention
[00:06:04]<drou>This issue is fixed? I've tryed to patch provision_drupal.drush.inc & provision.api.php but it didn't worked. On the remote server, I only have the web folder and not the vendor.
[00:11:55]<drou>Unless I'm missing something... I'm using git with a composer project to deploy websites to a remote server. The main problem is the rsync just sync the web folder (drupal folder) and not parent folder like composer.json, composer.lock, vendor folder... Without vendor folder, Drupal can't work and result by a WSOD
[00:44:59]<colan[m]>drou the issue was fixed in a bunch of other places, and then moved to that project. It hasn't been fixed there yet. Patches welcome. Shouldn't be a hard fix as the previous solution can probably be used there as well.
[01:01:52]<drou>Okay. Thank you for your reply.

[03:06:06]<colan[m]>It's nice that someone started working on this: https://www.drupal.org/project/provision/issues/3089790 . That issue has been confusing quite a lot of folks.
