[01:01:26]<helmo42[m]>jonpugh: is this what you meant ? https://gitlab.com/aegir/provision/commits/3110280-ci-docker-image
[01:16:39]<jonpugh[m]>Hmm not exactly.
[01:17:12]<jonpugh[m]>Usually dev tools are in composer.json under require-dev.
[01:18:01]<jonpugh[m]>Since this project commits vendor, I would use "composer install --no-dev" to add the source to vendor.
[01:18:38]<jonpugh[m]>Then in CI or locally, "composer install" would include the -dev libraries

[01:19:55]<jonpugh[m]><helmo42[m] "jonpugh: is this what you meant "> But the you would still need composer in CI
[01:22:53]<jonpugh[m]>@helmo42:matrix.org: the composer.lock file and the code being present in /vendor will override your request to install a specific version. The error messages are not clear, but often you can rm vendor and composer lock and try again to get a new dependency graph.
